- Transit Asset Management – Presentation on condition assessment work done by RTD Denver including the database developed and maintained by them and how the data is used to prioritize projects in budgeting.
- Round table on TAM issues.
- During Lunch we will have an economic update by Elizabeth Garner, Colorado State Demographer.
- Federal Issues – Roundtable discussion of prospective changes at the federal level.
- Denver Public Private Partnership – Eagle Project
- Followed by a tour of Union Station.
Tuesday, April 25, 2017
- Review the TFLEx café website.
- Transit 101 – Review of Module 10 – Capital Projects.
- Needs & Leads, a facilitated discussion of learning & development needs and good business practices shared by each attending agency.
- Wrap-up Day Two and Overall Workshop Evaluation
