  • Transit Asset Management – Presentation on condition assessment work done by RTD Denver including the database developed and maintained by them and how the data is used to prioritize projects in budgeting.
  • Round table on TAM issues.
  • During Lunch we will have an economic update by Elizabeth Garner, Colorado State Demographer.
  • Federal Issues – Roundtable discussion of prospective changes at the federal level.
  • Denver Public Private Partnership – Eagle Project
  • Followed by a tour of Union Station.

  • Review the TFLEx café website.
  • Transit 101 – Review of Module 10 – Capital Projects.
  • Needs & Leads, a facilitated discussion of learning & development needs and good business practices shared by each attending agency.
  • Wrap-up Day Two and Overall Workshop Evaluation
